Asbestos Consulting and Testing Services

United offers Asbestos Inspections for industrial, commercial and residential properties performed in strict compliance with all applicable local, state and EPA guidelines and regulations.  Our inspection reports include the quantity, location, condition and type of asbestos-containing materials identified, including detailed recommendations, sample and material location drawings and cost estimates.  United can produce comprehensive Operations & Maintenance programs for your facility to comply with applicable EPA and OSHA regulations.  In the event planned renovation will impact asbestos containing materials (ACM) at your facility or project site, United can produce technical project design specifications with ACM location drawings; solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors and manage the project from start to finish.  During the abatement phase of the project, we can provide full time regulatory oversight, PCM (phase contrast microscopy) air monitoring and on-site laboratory analysis services.  United has a strict laboratory quality assurance program with all field analysts listed on the Asbestos Analysts Registry (AAR) accredited through the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
